Contact your administrator or visit tabsy.co to learn more. ## Version history (last 5 releases) ### 26.08.1446 — 2026-08-21 Reports built for a phone • Five new reports under Executive mode: Money, Who Owes Me, Spending, Job Profit, and Lead Sources. • Each answers one question with a headline number, a chart, and a list you can tap straight into the client, job, or expense. • See what you collected month by month, who is overdue and by how long, where the money went, which jobs actually made money, and which lead sources convert. Revise an estimate after a client says no • Rejected estimates can now be re-priced and sent again under the same estimate number. • The declined version is kept — line items, totals, and the reason the client gave. • The reason your client gave for declining is now saved and shown on the estimate, so you know what to change before you resend. Client follow-up • Automatic reminder emails for estimates and invoices now show their status right on the document. Fixes • Fixed executive users being stuck in the wrong profile after a role change. ### 26.08.1428 — 2026-08-20 Add work by voice — new Siri & Voice Quick Add add-on • Say "Hey Siri, add a work order to Tabsy" (or a client, task, expense, or payment), dictate the details, and review the parsed draft before anything is saved. • Natural phrasing works — add, create, log, new — in or to Tabsy. • Turn the add-on on under Settings → Add-ons to get started. Leads & contacts • The contact list now shows when you last reached each lead — "2 days ago," "today" — so no one slips through the cracks. • Log a call, text, or email from a lead follow-up and it shows up in that contact's history right away. Fixes • Fixed duplicate push notifications — every alert arrives exactly once now. • Fixed a rare case where a job photo could fail to save without telling you; failed saves are caught instead of vanishing. • Security and stability hardening throughout. ### 26.07.1286 — 2026-07-23 Lead follow-up, faster communication logging, and in-app contract signing.
