App support has been contacted a few times for help, no follow through. They insist that it’s loaded, but no action. Really frustrating & disappointing experience. App crashes a lot. ### 2/5 — App seems incomplete *2025-05-13* There just is not good carry over from the website to the app. I have the unlimited subscription and pay 34.99 a month yet can access anything through the app. Which kinda blows. Also I was told by the website that I’d be able to access the body weight fundamental program through the unlimited subscription but still haven’t been able to. I reached out like a week ago and still haven’t heard back from anyone. Really good workouts but not the best delivery. ### 1/5 — Questionable *2023-10-08* Purchased the all access and the app did not grant access. Having to get their support to resolve the issue.
