It’s so buggy and reliable to track 1/10 of the time. I don’t know why I still use this.

This app basically doesn’t work as stated. Safe zones don’t work and there are a lot of glitches to contend with. I thought such a small Cell-based tracker would be useful for being able to track my wife’s movements, who has Alzheimer’s. This device is not reliable in the 4 days I’ve had it. I’ll be looking for a replacement.

The app isn’t working.  It worked good before they transferred to Sphere.  “Contact us” resulted in an AI reply which solved nothing and indicated a lack of interest in fixing anything.  It is and has been charged up, connected, and tells me it stopped working because there was a weak gps in the middle of a town of 169,000+ population.  
Do not get this.  You will regret it and you will still be paying for the subscription.

The modes switch easier and faster but now it doesn’t show battery percentage

### 2/5 — Glitchy n they can’t fix it!

Their old app had fewer features but it did the main job of tracking n notifying in/out of Safe Zones very well. This newfangled one is not intuitive to use, requires several steps to get info rather than 1-2 clicks, and the Safe Zones do not work. Their support can’t fix it other than to tell me up widen the zone on the app well beyond the actual zone, still doesn’t work: no notificstions, wrong notifications, late notifications. Tack appears yo be trying to add some social aspect to their product n now the main reasons for it (tracking previous items/people/pets) has been compromised. I will be looking for alternatives as soon as my subscription expires.
