I keep trying to send someone horses and saddle pads from TackTack, but every time either of us opens the link we get taken to safari and then the App Store and the link is lost in the process. I love this app so please fix this! (It’s the same when you get a message from someone through the app. p.s the people this happens with also have TackTack and ive tried with multiple different people but the links no longer work **Developer response:** Thank you so much for your feedback and for being a loyal TackTack user! Thank you for helping us make TackTack better! ### 4/5 — Not a fan of most recent update *2024-06-23* I’ve always loved this app but it seems that the most recent update made it so I have to click on an item to see the price, instead of it being visible while browsing a category. But recently here has been sim log in problems and there is no place to get customer support. A trial was included and the price I found was better than I could find elsewhere. Shipping was fast and customer service was super responsive! Will definitely use the app again! ### 5/5 — Great customer service *2023-11-22* After purchasing a bridle, for some Reason I was logged out of my account via app on my phone… when I had tried to log in with what I thought were my credentials, it said an account could not be found, so then I used the credentials saved on my Phone which worked however to another account. I emailed my dilemma to customer service and they responded that day and have been in great correspondence since!! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Needs work *2025-04-30, version 4.6.3* The app is has a poorly designed interface and is not user friendly. I tried to go with it anyways. But the final straw for me is this: The company will place a 1 star review on your profile if you cancel a sale. Totally inappropriate. I understand wanting to discourage cancellations but accidents happen and it doesn’t make sense to penalize by wrecking my rating. Now I will likely never make a sale because it shows a low rating near my username. How exactly does that benefit you tacktack? ### 1/5 — I give up *2025-01-16, version 4.6.3* Just wrote an entire review about how much time I wasted trying all my emails and passwords and even trying to reset my password just for it to say my login “may” have been deleted even though I’m still getting notified about my items I’m trying to sell. I think it’s stupid, just use marketplace or OfferUp. ### 1/5 — i still haven’t got my money! *2025-01-10* the app itself is frustrating for me. it’s filled with glitches and i don’t receive notifications on my phone so unless i check my messages every day i have no idea if someone’s trying to contact me. tacktack uses the company stripe to handle payments, and it’s awful. i sold an item months ago and tried to change the credit card linked to my account (i have a different card than the one i originally signed up with) and i couldn’t switch cards without having my previous card number! i emailed a tacktack representative for 10 days back and forth about this issue before she told me she couldn’t help me and i had to email stripe. months later, i am still trying to get my $50 from stripe. **Developer response:** Thank you for sharing your feedback. And it typically doesn't, i have tried everything i can think of and nothing works i am now unable to log in on my computer as well and have been unable to reach a support term. It cuts off pictures in the actual listings and won’t allow zooming in or expanding. I hate that it uses a third party for bank transfers now. I also hate that everything is reliant on the app’s notifications instead of emails. Tack Tack used to be my favorite place to buy and sell, but I won’t use it anymore now that it’s just the app. **Developer response:** Hey "msg333"! Just swipe left and tap "edit" - Since we are not a bank or a payment processor, we have to use a third party for bank transfer... We use Stripe which is used by millions of companies (like amazon for instance). And we used also Stripe with the website :-) - You also receive email notifications on top of the app notification But we hear you and want to make peace. The website version is coming soon!
