## What is Tacky?

Tacky puts your best friends' selfies right on your Home Screen.

Stick a selfie on a tiny shared wall and it shows up on your friends' Tacky widget. No feed, no followers, just your people.

HOW IT WORKS

Add the Tacky widget to your Home Screen
Make a board and invite up to 4 besties with a link or code
Snap a selfie and stick it anywhere on the wall. It lands on everyone's widget
STICK ANYTHING • Selfies as polaroids, squares or cut-out stickers • Handwritten notes, bold text stickers and doodles • Put them anywhere on the wall and pick the size

PRESS TO KEEP IT UP Love a friend's sticker? Press it. Every press keeps it up 6 hours longer.

NOTHING LASTS FOREVER Stickers stay for a day. A corner lifts, then it hangs, then it falls off. No archive to curate, no pressure to post perfect pics. Just what your friends are up to right now.

A WALL FOR EVERY CREW • Up to 5 people on each board • Separate boards for besties, roomies or family • Stack one widget per board, or tap the board name on the widget to switch • Get a notification when a friend sticks a new selfie • Looks just as cute in dark mode

SMALL ON PURPOSE • Only the people on a board can see what's stuck on it • No public profiles, no follower counts, no likes to chase • Report a sticker or block someone anytime

Add the widget, invite your besties and stick your first selfie today.

## Version history (last 2 releases)

### 1.1.0 — 2026-10-27

Tacky now fits iPhone Duo.

Unfold your phone and the wall uses the whole inner screen. Your Boards opens two at a time, side by side.

Everywhere else: the board name and the bottom bar stay clear of your stickers on every screen size, and the Home Screen step of the walkthrough looks right on a big screen.

### 1.0 — 2026-09-29
