I placed an order 20 minutes before my arrival with a scheduled pickup time and still ended up waiting 8-10 minutes even though I arrived EXACTLY on time…..SMH ### 2/5 — Restaurant is great, app is awful *2026-06-28, version 50.0.3* The app was never anything flashy but it was functional. Now I can’t even place an order and my rewards account has been completely nerfed. The food is fantastic, and the people at every location generally seem like they like their job and they have a good attitude. The app however, is sucking big time. The previous app and this new update both have been severely lacking. It lacks basic functions and is very buggy. Here are some examples from the new app. One, adding your credit card to the new rewards program isn’t working. Says that the card is ‘already registered’ to another email, even though they just required us to switch over to a new app and seemingly my old account is forgotten, even if the points did transfer. Another example, a new reward clearly says ‘two free tacos’ from the new reward system, but actual reward applied in your cart only gives one free. I will say that the layout of the new app is better. But It’s missing information. There needs to be small descriptions on each of the foods, there’s not even an item count. For new limited items for example, they have Churros. Doesn’t say how many you are ordering. In cases like this, a photo is not good enough because it can easily be used by the company to be misleading. You see two churros in the photo, you assume you get two. In reality, they send you one. This did not happen to me, but it opens you up to liabilities, even for something so trivial. My final thought is that you just need to spend way more time on the developing of this app and testing it. It has not been cutting it for a long time. ### 4/5 — Customer *2026-05-05* Service was excellent. Only problem is the two free tacos add was very confusing as you can only get one taco. The manager had to only assume that I will get another offer sometime in the near future. Add is definitely confusing and staff should be familiar with the details! Now, if you have a free taco or a birthday taco it takes off the cheapest taco of the order, super stupid way to make customers angry.
