This app never processes payment and it causes havoc with the drive thru incompetent employees. No way to cancel either, and I don’t see a customer service number, so I’m forced to choose between waiting half an hour or losing my money. I eat here quite often and this makes it so much easier to order for my whole family rather than listing everything off in the line or drivethru and hoping they got it all or ring it up correctly. My food is usually always ready when I get there and I don't usually have to wait in line either. I guess it may depend on where you live or what location you're using but I find this super convenient and I love this app!! ### 3/5 — Used To Be Great! *2024-02-28, version 10.0.7* I used to use this app all of the time. Now when I try it says it charges me, then it completely erases everything and the order disappears, not even making it to the location. It’s the only way I ever ordered from this restaurant so I’ve not had delicious Taco Mayo for months now! However, that seems to be practically the only thing it can do. It doesn’t save my favorite location or payment details, making me re-enter my card every time I want to order.
