What a terrible garbage joke of an app. Oh close out and try again?! I DID and it opens to the exact same screen. Bull honkey ### 1/5 — No Time Saved *2025-05-19, version 3.3* No time saved when ordering through the app. The estimated times are way off. ### 1/5 — Poor Update - Rewards No Longer Useful *2025-04-22, version 3.3* Their recent update no longer applies reward points toward your App order but you have to scan a QR code at the location so you can no longer order in advance and have to order and wait at the location. NOT COOL. This update was clearly created to keep people from using rewards and I will no longer be ordering from Taco Time altogether until I am reached out to that this has been rectified. ### 1/5 — Rewards have drastically changed *2025-04-04, version 3.1* The new app is hard to navigate. I don’t feel secure providing payment information and it doesn’t take PayPal. Every time I go in they ask if I have the app, and I figured this time ‘round that I go often enough to justify downloading it. Well, turns out that Taco Time “Northwest” means Taco Time “only Washington”. You can’t select a “favorite location” outside of Washington and you can’t use the app until you’ve selected a favorite location. Total bust ### 3/5 — Open lobby during construction. *2025-03-26, version 3.1* Open during construction, open lobby for to-go orders please! Long wait to pick up food. Would have been easier to pick up at lobby inside an and not clog up drive thru line. ### 2/5 — Wrong items *2025-02-26, version 3.1* I ordered 2 crisp CHICKEN burritos, and they gave me 2 beef. App layout ok but too often doesn’t work ### 1/5 — Clunky *2024-12-27, version 3.1* The app is a little clunky, you should just be able to select the item and continue, but separate item of a meal opens a pop up you have to select individually before you can add it to your cart. I’ve tried going the route of migrating my account as well as starting over from scratch with a new account. In every instance I receive the message “Oops phone has already been taken. OK”. There is no way I have been able to find to remedy this. It'll fail to add items to your cart and throw a connection error, but work on the second try - you have to repeat this for *every item.* Tonight I just couldn't use the app at all because it said every restaurant was closed when they weren't, so I just skipped the app and ordered at the restaurant. Numerous bugs include it doesn’t think you are signed in when you are, doesn’t think you have a payment method added when you do. Doesn’t think you are near a restaurant when you are at one. Yes I do have internet and locations enabled. Sorry I put my payment info into it. Too bad- I’m a longtime taco time customer and it would have been nice to get rewards.
