Was told to pull forward because my order wasn’t quite ready. Got home and both crispy tacos were stale and the taco meat was very cold. My fries were just as bad, very cold and chewy. But my burritos were just fine and warm. It used to be functional. Not the best, but functional. Now, anytime I go to order I get a “Oops! Sorry! Something went wrong! Try again later”. I try to sign in, I get “Oops! Sorry! Something went wrong! Try again later”. Try to create a new account, “Oops! Sorry! Something went wrong! Try again later”. At first I thought it might be cause i was trying to order breakfast cause a lot of places won’t have mobile ordering on right away in the morning, but I tried once for lunch and I got the same warning. However, when I have tried to place an order, I get the “store is not taking orders” message. Also, there is no way to add a receipt to your rewards if you don’t do it when you order. Not a fan of having to tell them my phone number every time I place an order. When I arrived at the drive-through to pick it up, I was told I had to come inside instead. This was confusing because the app doesn’t clarify that takeout means only inside pickup — drive-through or curbside aren’t even listed as options. Also, the app estimates a 15-minute wait time, but in reality, the order is rarely ready on time. Considering the food is already cooked and just needs to be assembled, it shouldn’t take that long. When I try to order a combo it will not add the combo to my basket because it says I haven’t selected a drink when I have definitely selected a drink. Very buggy, and after seeing the other few reviews maybe it’s for the best as my local store might not have even gotten the order and it would be their choice on if they would make it for me or not. The first kid shrugged and said “yeah I don’t really know where it’s at” They then they told me to request a refund through the app which I had to show him there is not an option for. He finally made the food with out charging me and acted like he was doing me a favor and not just giving me the food I already paid for. The people who work there don’t know what the app is or how to use it or how it’s supposed to send them orders.
