Taco Time stores (the ones owned by or connected to Kahala, the sponsor of app) are awesome as is the food. I’m sorry but this is social media or tinder- y’all don’t need that much info for a simple reward system ### 1/5 — Poor App Function *2024-05-06* The food and customer service at Taco Time itself is great. However, the app is awful. It seldom functions properly and, most recently, attempted 5 charges for one order on my debit card, even when the order was incomplete. I called the bank and they assured me the charges will drop by the next business day. The problem with that is the $11 order is keeping $55 out of my account until then. (The charges don't appear in my order history, via the app, and the orders never went through, so the charges make no sense. An error also popped up each time this occurred.) PLEASE FIX THE APP OR FIND A NEW DEVELOPER! ### 1/5 — Log in broken *2024-02-21* You can’t use the app to get rewards because when you log in, no matter how long a password you type in, it always says the password must be between 8-20 characters. ### 1/5 — Awful app, good food tho *2023-08-31* Completely unusable, crashes over and over again. I registered online with my laptop and tried using the exact username and password on this iPhone app and it won’t accept my password/ username. So I choose “forgot password” option and I change it on this app, now I can’t log in on my laptop, and I kept getting an error message when even trying to place an order on this app, Absolute Garbage! ### 1/5 — Can’t order from the app useless *2020-06-04, version 2.0* Useless app you can’t order with it. Problem is you can’t order anything. At McDonald’s you ask for fries and know they suck. Here. You can’t actually do anything. Select a taco which prompts a soda and if you’re lucky it’s less than $15 for a tortilla and rotten cheese. Don’t take my word for it. Try to order a meal. Can’t make account, can’t change password if it does exist. Can’t tell what the status of account existence is. Horrible system is unclear. Very bad. Using the app gives such great deals and discounts, I go way more often. It’s a family favorite for sure! Zach provided excellent service on my latest visit, it’s so nice to see our local establishment being run well! ### 5/5 — Can now order from website! *2022-01-08* Access too the closest taco times near you ### 5/5 — Other reviewers downloaded wrong app. *2019-07-17, version 2.0* This app is the CORRECT app for TacoTime outside of Washington state. ### 3/5 — Different companies/franchisees *2020-02-15, version 2.0* I believe people are confused about what locations are owned and using what apps. This app apparently applies to the Portland/VANCOUVER WA area. There are others. ### 3/5 — Missing locations *2014-11-25, version 1.0.1* Downloaded the app, but doesn't have the Longview or kelso locations. The Longview one is the best. ### 2/5 — Food great, app is awful *2025-10-01* I can’t ever seem to get this app right. It’s costing business because each time I get brave enough to fight it again, I get frustrated all over again and end up eating somewhere else. I’ve changed my password EVERY TIME I try to go in because it keeps telling me it “needs to be between 8-20 characters” so I change it again, and go to log in and it tells me the same thing. Fix the app and I might eat there more often.
