YOUR CUSTOM ACTIONS, FRONT AND CENTER

- Actions you create now show up with their own name, icon, and color on the match page and in the club panel, instead of being flattened into a generic event.
- Matches you'd already published are updated automatically to include this, no need to republish anything.
- Half length is now shared with the club panel, so per-minute stats are calculated for your actual category instead of assuming every match is 90 minutes.

RELIABILITY, FIRST

This version is all about one thing: making sure you never lose a match again.

- An in-progress match can no longer be lost. The recovery prompt won't dismiss without a choice, and you can't start a new match while a previous one is left unclosed.
- Team tab reorganized: actions are now grouped by how often you actually use them, so the things you need are closer to hand.
- Club connection moved to a single screen, now with a clear disconnect button.
- Call-up list no longer loses "maybe" statuses when you go back to it.
- New setting to turn off anonymous usage analytics, for anyone who prefers not to share it.

WEEKLY CALL-UPS & MORE

 Weekly call-up: mark which players are coming to the next match and share the list on WhatsApp in one tap — no more chasing confirmations one by one.

 Share match summaries as an image: send a clean, shareable snapshot of the result and key stats to your team or club group.

 More control over publishing: decide exactly when your matches go public, so nothing gets shared before you're ready.

 Stability fixes: we squashed bugs affecting the match timer, duplicate matches showing up, and data not saving correctly.

### 3.8.4 — 2026-07-10

ONBOARDING, UNSTUCK

We rebuilt step 2 of onboarding (adding players) to remove the friction points you told us about:

- Optional jersey number: paste just names ("Messi") and TactiBoard automatically assigns the lowest free jersey number. Before, any line without a number was silently dropped.
- Visible errors: lines the app doesn't recognize no longer disappear. They're shown in red under the field and kept in the text box so you can fix them.
- One button instead of two: "Save" and "Continue" are now a single "Continue (n)" button that saves and moves forward.
- See the demo from step 1: "Just want to see it in action?" now offers a "Try with a sample team" button right away, no need to reach step 2. We also fixed a divider that was showing "Cancel" instead of "or".

QUICK PLAYER SETUP, EVERYWHERE

The player parser is now unified across onboarding and the team screen:

- Explicit position in onboarding: you can now also use the format "4 D Perez" (G/D/M/F and variants like GK/DEF/MID/FWD) and birth date ("10 Messi 2010-03-15"), just like the team screen already supported.
- The team screen now accepts lines without a jersey number (it used to discard them).
- Position inferred from jersey number: if you don't specify a position, players no longer all show up as midfielders. TactiBoard now applies the classic convention — 1 goalkeeper, 2-5 defenders, 6/8/10 midfielders, 7/9/11 forwards — repeating every 11 numbers. Pasting 11 names now gives you a sensible lineup on the match screen. An explicit position always wins over the inferred one.
