Recommended by the driver to download the app. Yet, app doesn’t accept foreign phone number. Ended up booking through hotel’s receptionist.

해외에서 갑자기 딜레이되면 연락 할 곳도 없어요. (몇년전에도 손해보고 열받아서 고객센터 컴플레인 했는데 아직도 똑같다니 황당) 혹시 몰라 기사님메모에 편명 메모하고 연착 확인하고 와달라고 해도 그딴건 전달도 안되고 확인도 안하나 봅니다. 무조건 언제 답할지 모르는 고객센터밖에 없습니다. 결제된 수수료 문의해도 12시간 전까지 취소가 된다는데, 딜레이가
12시간전에만 되나요? 대책도 없고 수정 의지도 없고 특히 도착 시 사전 공항 예약 절대하지 마세요. 호구됩니다.

2大タクシー会社が予約でいっぱいだったので、こちらで配車しました。
登録の際に外国人だ日本人だと登録した上で、私の担当タクシー運転手の方は韓国語しか話せない人でした。
そして、なぜかその運転手は私を韓国人だと思っているようで、予約確認の電話を早口の韓国語で捲し立てるように話されました。
浅い韓国語の知識で、私は日本人だ韓国語が分からないと伝えると、言葉が通じないことをいいことに悪口を言いまくる。（韓ドラ見ることが好きなので悪口言われてることくらいは分かります）
その後私ががんばって意思疎通を図ろうとするも、全て声を荒らげた韓国語で返され困惑していると、なんの断りもなく急に電話をぶち切り配車キャンセルされました。
支払いの要求はなかったですが、電車の終電ギリギリだったので、とても困りました。
アプリも韓国語での記載だけですし、運転手も韓国語しか話せないようです。
韓国語が余程堪能な方以外はオススメできません。

This van and driver make car sick a lot. If your baby vomit in the car, cleaning price 150,000~200,000 will be charged by your credit card. Even low quality driving. You should pay 100%.

우연히 타다 어플을 접하게 되었고, 평소에 사용하던 곳에서 택시가 잡히지 않아 아이와 서둘러 가야하는 곳이라 걱정스러웠지만 타다를 이용해 보았습니다. 
미리 걱정은 금물! 기사님 너무 친절하셨고, 불편함 없이 편안하게 목적지까지 도착하였습니다.
신속하고 친절하고 타다 이용 안 할 이유가 없네요!
앞으로 더 번창하시길 바래요~!!

I’ve wasted the better half of an hour trying to set up an account as I’m coming out to South Korea next month. I’m from New Zealand, and when I try to use my nz number, it doesn’t send the code, or it says try again later, or even when I download Kakao Talk to make an account, it tells me my name is wrong..

길바닥에서 30분 1시간씩 잡히지도않고 오지도않는 택시를 기다리느니 타다를 타는게 제일속편합니다.
다른 플랫폼 택시 쓰다가 넘어왔는데 좋네요. 
단점은 택시가 잡혀도 어떨땐 시간이 조금걸리드라구요 
대략 10분정도 기다려본적있네요 그런것만 빼만 완전 만족합니다. 쿠폰사용하면 일반택시보다 싼듯ㅎㅎ

5월부터 쭉 이용자주하고 있습니다. 이런 신세계가 없더군요. 깔끔하고 쾌적한 공간 예의바르고 친절하신 기사님들 개인 리무진같은 느낌들어 자가운전자이지만 택시이용할시는 꼭 타다를 애용합니다. 배차시간이 늦어지거나 수요가 많아 배차가 아예 안돼는 경우 좀 아쉽긴합니다. 기사님들 복지에 신경많이 써서 타다가 더 나은 등급의 운송수단으로 거듭나기를 바랍니다. 타다 없어지면 안돼요. 타다가 없어진다고 일반택시를 타지는 않을거 같네요.
