I never had any problems up until this past month or two, it makes me verify my phone number again for verification but I can’t do that when the text won’t come through. I have tried at least ten times. If I can claim the rewards or even utilize the app again, it would be worth a rating of more than one star. As of now it is a useless waste of time. UPDATE: on 7-18-26 Tada responded to this asking I submit a request for customer service about this issue. It is now 8-16-26 and NO RESPONSE!!! As on today (07/20/2026), I have not been able to scan one single receipt on this app. The “Scan Receipt” button doesn’t work. The only thing that has work has been my online receipt for linked accounts. I reached out via email a week ago and have not received a response. As of right now, don’t waste your time downloading this app. You’re better off using Fetch, CoinOut, Frisbee, Pogo, ReceiptPal, & Receipt Hog. On a separate note, avoid ReceiptJar like the plague. The rest of the app is amazing though! ### 1/5 — No Customer Service *2026-06-08, version 3.16* I have two purchases that I never got credit for. I have submitted a request and never received a response back. One was for 12% back from Home Depot. I spent $353 and never received anything and the other was HSN for which I only received half the rebate.
