Then without any notice they removed my ´subscription… it became an app with monthly/year subscribtion. So they stole my money. That’s it folks. ### 3/5 — Nice app… But *2023-05-18* I don’t support subscriptions offers. Let me know when you’re ready to offer a one time life payment. Therefore I am going to give you 3 stars. ### 2/5 — So messy now. Worse with every update! *2021-10-29* I’ve been using this app for maybe 10years, the filters and functions are some of the best, But every few years I update and it’s always so so much worse, messier, more really difficult to use. It’s almost like a Windows OS, just progressively gets worse. Wish you could pay to get the original app. Anyways, once again, strongly regret updating. ### 4/5 — Amazing but.. *2020-08-31, version 6.7* This app is great compared to other photo editing apps because you have an actual brush and you get to select where you can blur or magnify things unlike other apps are just for the over all image. The only thing I’d wish the app would have is a small gradient from where the solid image is to the blurred out part so the lines aren’t so harsh. ### 4/5 — Subscription not working *2020-02-25* I just brought a 3 months subscription so I can edit some images, but when I went to go and edit, it’s says that I haven't brought it even though I got charged and the confirmation email sent. I need this sorted ASAP ### 4/5 — Happy with this *2019-09-25* There used to be so many really good tilt shift filters that have never been updated so to find this relatively new app giving you a fair tilt shift is great , to be fair this app has plenty for free! Thanks to the developers. I will note that considering many apps in the App Store have not been updated and worked fine on iPhone 4s many are much higher up the list that are now defunct and useless because they have not been updated and the App Store needs to be cleared out / tidy up in order to allow workable apps to be found. It’s probably a massive problem for newer apps because the large companies are updating weekly keeping them in the top 50 and others have not been updated at all but remain high up because past downloads are high. The algorithm in the store needs be be amended to allow a better range of exposure to workable apps before customers are discouraged from bad, old, and unusable apps on newer devices ### 4/5 — Great without crashing *2019-04-18* Really helpful app. The only downside is that it crashes on me maybe 30% of the time. Edits are saved for the next time I open it and I can pick up where I left off by finding the photo in my camera roll. Love the mask feature and layer feature. But was wondering? I made the mistake of automatically updating without reading that it was going to a subscription service. Now there is only 1 filter that is free. There are so many options to edit your photos and you can take those photos without having advertisements pop-up in your face! It was a photo sharing site at one time and as it evolved I brought more and more filters. To the point where I brought the whole pack and then to my surprise they changed their schematic to one where you now have to pay a subscription for what exactly?? To use more filter? Something that you can create in Snapseed or with your apple phone which by the way does very good photo editing as well. I loved this app and I made many friend here which was in my opinion a true photography app. (Not instagram which is a social media app disguised as a photo app), it was fun and again I didn’t mind buying the “packs” when they had them and then the whole bundle which i did, but to put a paid subscription is just petty, I know app developers need to make money but this is a bit much. I came to see the state of the app currently and am not pleased, go back to your roots Tadaa, the world of full of subscriptions services no one wants including this one. I’m surprised they didn’t take away the filters I had much like the pictures I once posted here which all disappeared. Good luck Tadaa. Your gonna need it. ### 1/5 — Great when working *2021-12-28* 50% of the time the app will close on its own before I can open a photo to edit. When it works it’s great. I’ve purchased all the extras available to but I ended up with the most unreliable app and basically makes it unusable. But this morning it’s telling me to upgrade to become a subscriber AGAIN , now out the blue! What is going on I am already subscribed ???!!!!! Please help there is no way to restore my subscription really pisses me off. I am already a subscriber are you trying to double charge me monthly? I decided to try this one, for together with the 'pro filters' One of the most important aspect of a camera (app or real one) is the readiness and how quick is ready to shoot; there are moments that are unique and a slow camera (app or not app) is just not acceptable. This camera app is exceptionally slow. It is slow to start, it is slow to operate (ie a lag if nearly 5 seconds to switch from camera mide to filters and again circa 5 sec to switch back to camera). Simply unacceptable. The original iphone app is still the best one; it start immediately, it does the job perfectly. Another thing that annoy me is that in camera mode, you don't have a list of filters (or a quick way to switch back to "original"; again it is a waste of time to swipe all the filters to go back to "normal mode"). I strongly suggest the developers to review this app, it has good potential but as it is now, it is quite frustrating to use. (I'm using iPhone 6+ 64GB with nearly 70% mem free) ### 1/5 — This app screwed my phone *2016-08-04, version 5.4.2* I downloaded this app for a school project, to highlight a specific part of a photo using the "mask" tool in "Filters". Quickly, it began glitch-ing out and not highlighting anything, zooming in and out of the photo. I clicked the home button and attempted to escape--it was too late. I was trapped in a prison of my own making by downloading a bad, free app. My phone couldn't turn off, shut down, sleep, i couldn't access any other apps, and suddenly my phone froze. Three hours. Three hours it was like that. -10 stars. ### 1/5 — No more social platform *2016-01-15* Miss the old Tadaa when it was a social platform to share your pics with other people from around the world , the editing tools were great and the 24 hour picture chart was fantastic So unfortunate to lose so many friends that I met over the years while using this app . However, I come back, and they Took out the Very Thing that made them Very Unique and Awesome from the other apps.... The page where you can see everyone's pics posted on "Tadda's Own Page-Link, and was Always 24/7 Updated, when you Add a New Pic to the Marvelous Collection. Until Tadda Brings That Back...... I’m 25 now. 😅 I’ve been a loyal & faithful user of this app for over a decade & it has NEVER failed or disappointed me. I’m not a paid person writing a review for money. I’m just happy that this app is STILL available after all these years & STILL gives me everything I need in my basic photo editing needs. I Love You! ### 5/5 — Great for bokeh! *2022-04-22, version 6.9* I’ve had this app for years, and although I admittedly don’t use it that often, it is my go to app for creating artificial Bokeh and shallow depth of field. By using the highlights and gloss feature in the blur mode, as well as the masking option, I’m able to re-create the look one can normally only achieve with a wide-open aperture setting. Great for getting a dreamy look in my street photography. I know of no other app that does this so authentically. The iPhone portrait mode can get something similar, but only when your subject matter is relatively close. With this app, I can get that same sort of affect but while applying it to a larger scene. When masking an object, the software detects what you want to mask and makes it easier to mask an actual object and not the background. So far, this is the best app I found to do portrait mode pics! For example, it has a tool to remove chromatic aberration. It has a distortion tools where you can add/remove barrel distortions and pincushion distortions. They offer scores of fabulous filters and the intensity of the filters are controllable by the user. If you like tweaking your photos one by one and sharing them, then you’ll love this app. This app is easily in my top 5 photo editing apps. ### 5/5 — Outstanding *2018-07-25* I installed this app after looking at some other reviews and decided it’s worth a try after about 5 mind on the app I decided it’s amazing the camera is as good as an Apple phone camera when focused and the filters are amazing too.
