The best debit card for manufactured spending! They offer 3 different products, corporate, business, and personal debit cards, all which operate under an interchange share model. Since their backing bank is less than 10b in assets, they are not subject to Durbin and receive full interchange on most transactions.

The best part about the program is micropayments, paying 14 cents at a time can net 9 cents of rebate back per transaction to your pocket!
