It shows all the moves step by step and explains in detail everything u need to know in order to do them. This app is great but adds do get annoying with how many are in this😒 
If u want to learn karate at home for free this is a must have! I would pair this app with a Taekwondo workout app so u have a system to your at home training. I’m giving this five stars because I think good quality apps like this are important and way to rare.
