## What is Taekwondo University?

Revolutionary Taekwondo and Leadership Training from Taekwondo Legends, Great Grandmaster Edward B. Sell, Sr. Grandmaster Brenda J. Sell.

Taekwondo has been referred to as "A Way of Life."  Why?  Because when taken seriously, Taekwondo will affect you in every aspect of life: mind, body, and spirit.  But, you MUST have the right tools: Support, Encouragement, and Acceptance.

Taekwondo University is supplemental training to help you grow as a "Whole Person" on your Taekwondo Journey.

You have access to various levels of training in the palm of your hand.
Each lesson is less than 3 minutes, is easy to follow, and does not require a lot of room.  

Practice your techniques, poomse , learn proper protocol, customs & courtesies from the highest-ranked female in America – the Legendary Sr. Grandmaster Brenda J. Sell.  She will guide you through the steps of HOW to BE a CHAMPION, not only in Taekwondo but LIFE.

Have you been stressed but don’t want to be?

The purpose of ancient warriors was NOT to fight, but rather to maintain PEACE!
Developing fighting skills was the means to keep the peace.
These warriors were role models and heroes who loved their families and community.  They develop a strong mind, body, and spirit and understood the importance of how to relate to people.  The first line of defense was NOT fighting, it was MAINTAINING peace.

In the “Do” (pronounced doe) Factor Section, you will find keys to peace, setting goals, personal development, and building relationships.

Acceptance is one of the basic needs of every human being.  That’s why we have a Community Tab where you can reach out to other Taekwondo practitioners, be supported, and support others.

Do you find yourself slacking off in your training?

We understand that life gets busy.  Most people need two things:  A challenge and Accountability.  That’s why we have Community Section and the Tracking Section.  Every 90 days we will give you a reasonable CHALLENGE and ask you to Track Your Progress in the App and then Share your Success after each Accomplishment in the Community Section.  Then, encourage someone else and praise someone for what they’ve accomplished.  Engaging with others help YOU be a giver and an encourager to others.  In return, you will improve YOUR ability to see the best in both yourself and others.

We LOVE families!  Get tips on how to help your child in their Taekwondo journey, and build confidence, respect, focus, and discipline with positive role models.
