## What is TAF Suite?

TAF Suite is the mobile workspace for teams that do their work in the field.

Built for representatives who spend the day visiting the businesses they serve, TAF Suite keeps the whole relationship in one place: where you are going, who you met, what was said, and what happens next.

THE DAY'S ROUTE
Every stop on a map, ordered the way you actually drive it. Tap a pin to open the facility, call the office, or start a note without leaving the screen.

FACILITIES AND CONTACTS
Search your organization's facilities by name or by the alias your team actually calls them. Open one to see the address, every phone number, access notes for getting in the door, the people who work there, and the full visit history.

VISIT NOTES IN SECONDS
Log a visit while you are still in the parking lot. Tag what kind of visit it was, write what happened, attach a photo of a business card, and it reaches the rest of your team immediately.

WORKS WHEN THE SIGNAL DOES NOT
Notes written out of coverage are held as drafts and sent when you reconnect. Nothing you typed is lost, and a retry can never create a duplicate.

FOLLOW-UPS
See what is owed and to whom, so commitments do not slip between visits.

SECURE BY DEFAULT
Face ID locks the app. Each organization's records are isolated from every other, and you see only your own.

TAF Suite is business software licensed to organizations. It requires an account provided by your administrator, and there is no individual sign-up.

## Version history (last 4 releases)

### 1.3.0 — 2026-10-15

A brand new look, built around your day.

- A cleaner, easier-to-read design, in light and dark mode
- A personal greeting each morning, with today's route at the top
- Log a note for the next stop on your route in one tap; the route moves on as you go
- Reports: visits last week, facilities gone cold, follow-ups due, birthdays and routes due, with a map
- Labels to group your facilities
- Email a group of contacts with ready-made messages, sent from your own Mail app
- Phone extensions for contacts
- Notes written with no signal are kept and sent when you are back online
- Clearer notes on the home screen and on each facility

### 1.2.0 — 2026-09-22

Field requests from the people who use this every day.

- The keyboard no longer covers the field you are typing into. It used to sit on top of the last field on a form, so a note had to be typed blind. Fixed everywhere you type: new contact, log a visit, log a note, the facility editor and access notes.
- Birthdays: a contact can now hold a birthday, month and day. You are told one in a hallway; now there is somewhere to put it, and it shows on the contact.
- Notes about a person now say so. The box had no label, so it was easy to miss.
- Facilities can record how many case managers and office staff work there, so you know what to bring before you drive over.

### 1.1.0 — 2026-09-18

This update brings the app in line with the TAF Suite dashboard.

- Edit contacts: update a contact's name, role, phone numbers, fax, email and notes.
- Tap a phone number to call, or an email address to write.
- Business cards: add a contact's card from the camera or photo library, view it full screen, replace or remove it.
- Facility files and access notes are now on your phone.
- Facility page: call, text or get directions in one tap, with status, zone and visit stats at a glance.
- Activity: search and filter notes, pin important ones, and edit or delete from the note menu.
- Log a visit: see which facility you're logging, pick any past date, mark the front desk, and add a new contact on the spot.
- Log a Note stays open after you save, ready for your next stop.
- Follow-ups: log a visit straight from the list and see how many days late each one is.
- Facilities: filter by zone and category, and search by address.
- Routes: browse your daily routes and see each route's stops in order on the map.
- Sign out from the account menu.
- Fixes: dates no longer show a day early, and lists refresh after you log a visit.
