Can’t tell you how many times this app has closed on me in the middle of invoicing. They never buy your invoices, they don't even try to verify with brokers, even if the broker sends them an email directly confirming a bol or answering whatever question this factoring has, they will still bounce back our invoices. It takes forever to get someone on the line. They treat you rudely and if you ask for a supervisor they wont transfer you. I literally has someone asking me for a confirmation from the broker that they would pay us a load that had an airway bill, the broker emailed them directly w me on cc and they say they wouldn't buy it, when I asked for a supervisor, they factoring rep said "no I wont transfer you to no one" This factoring is ruining business, they need a class action lawsuit in their hands in order to get better management and employees. They wont let you terminate their contract either bc they need you to suffer on quickpay for 120days before they can send you a cancelation of the contract and with all of their lies who knows if that'll be true at all. Think carefully before signing a contract with them. They don't help you at all, and when there's a problem with a shipment, you have to do their job yourself. ### 1/5 — TAFS is an Absolute Nightmare: Approved Funds Go Unpaid *2025-10-30, version 2.9.2* DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. TAFS IS GUARANTEED TO SINK YOUR BUSINESS. If you are a new company looking for reliable financial partners or factoring services, please heed this warning and run away from TAFS. Choosing them has been the single worst financial decision our business has ever made. We provided TAFS with several batches of invoices that were submitted, verified, and fully approved within their own system. However, when it came time for payment, the funds simply never arrived. Our money was held hostage with zero transparency. Operating Like Thieves This isn't just a failure of service or a common delay; this is deliberate non-payment on verified assets. TAFS is essentially operating by holding onto money that legally belongs to their clients. When we attempt to follow up on the already-approved funds, we are met with endless bureaucratic excuses, transferred between departments, and often ignored entirely. To be perfectly clear: TAFS are thieves. They have effectively stolen our working capital by refusing to release payment on work that has already been verified and approved by them. This has caused severe damage to our operational cash flow and threatened our ability to meet our own obligations. The Final Warning Our experience shows that TAFS cannot be trusted with your accounts, especially if you are a smaller business that relies on timely payment. They will hold your approved money hostage, damage your relationships, and put your company at risk. No legitimate, responsible company should ever use TAFS. We urge everyone to find a reputable factor who honors their agreements and releases approved funds on time. ### 1/5 — LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!! *2025-07-03, version 2.9.2* The WORST FACTORING Company! I wish it had a Zero Star Rating! They will make up ANY EXCUSE to SPLIT INVOICES & CHARGE YOU FEES SEPARATELY!!! They will make any DUMB EXCUSE,like, "The BOL was handwritten," or "We can't get in touch with Broker to verify," or "The Zip code is not right, or it does not match," or "The address doesn't match," RIDICULOUS EXCUSES TO GET MORE MONEY OUT FROM EVERY SINGLE TRANSACTION! We are so DONE with these people! THEY GET WORSE EVERY WEEK!!!! Around 5-6 Years of BULL CRAPPP!!!!! Looking for a better Factoring Company Pretty SOON!!!!! ### 1/5 — Run Away FAST!!! *2025-01-08, version 2.9.2* When I first spoke with the sales people at TFAS, yes it all sounded good. I turn in a bill before 2 pm central, I’ll be paid at 5pm central. If I turn it in after 2pm, I’ll receive my money the next day. Flat rate fees that are known up front, quick deposits for easier money access for paying bills…especially fuel. That’s the short of the sales pitch. Reality, turn in before 2pm and if they process the BoL by 2pm, you’ll be paid about midnight. You won’t know for sure till that time. If they don’t process it by 2pm, though you may have turned in your paperwork at 8 or 10 am as an example, you may get paid at the following midnight. They will not release any money to you until the broker has authorized it and guarantee the payment for that load. It doesn’t matter if the broker is in good standing with them and holds a 100% credit rating. Let’s say you chose to do business with a broker that doesn’t pas their credit check, no money will be released until they get paid from the broker. (That makes sense). The problem is, there is always a delay in receiving your money. If the account is auto approved, money won’t be released until an email is sent to the broker…see above. The way businesses is conducted is condescending when your account team talks with you. They only listen to you waiting for a brake in your sentence so they can interrupt with what they have to say. Whom ever answers the phone, that is the only person you may speak with, there is no manger or supervisor available nor will you ever receive a call back from anyone with that title. The CEO can easily be found on LinkedIn. There are to many other factoring companies that hold to their work to help you and your business grow….TAGS is NOT one of them. TUN AWAY!!! The truth is that it is not very good but I am not going to touch on that topic because at this moment I am not in the time to do so, but I clarify that because of people like this institution or factory, the majority of their clients complain. and I personally do not recommend it. Nobody, do not look for another stop to invoice your loads because you will have problems if the brokers delay paying as is my case now that the broker says that I pay from the following month that I made the load and they say that they have not received the payment. a way to retain your money is the worst this David stains the little good image that this factory could have ### 1/5 — 1990s Apps are real *2024-04-10, version 2.9.2* Well I didn’t know they existed but this app is straight out of the 1998-2002 internet era. They have not updated anything. They are also bullies and will cost you more money than you are aware. Their salesman I dealt with was sly and deceptive and I didn’t see it soon enough. I later found out he was fired/let go from the company but they refuse to do what is right for the people he signed on. Through out my journey of starting my business I’ve factored my loads with them I’ve been able to receive small business loans when I needed more revenue to keep a float. The fuel card they provide gives me great refunds at the end of each month to get more fuel. I’ve had the road side service that was extremely helpful and I have also had help finding three equipments that they financed for me and allowed me to have easy payment plans. I’ve had three relationship specialist that were very helpful along the way. I appreciate this company and yes you can drop you factoring percentage rate along the way.
