Tafseer-e-Namoona is considered one of the most valuable contemporary interpretations of the Holy Qur’an available today. The work on this tafseer was carried out over a period of approximately fifteen years through the efforts of a group of prominent scholars under the supervision and patronage of Naser Makarem Shirazi. The tafseer was originally written in the Persian language and has since been translated into several languages, including Arabic and Urdu, making it accessible to a wider audience across the Muslim world.
