The app needs the iPhone to work in Light mode. If your iPhone is in Dark mode, you cannot see the words in the app. Besides, you need to put the app in background. If you close the app completely, you will see a pop-up warning sign written in simplified Chinese characters. Furthermore, I feel that the tracking device is emitting strong radiation. I have nausea until I shut off the tracking device. Perhaps, I should try an Apple AirTag. ### 1/5 — Garbage *2024-06-04, version 1.0.3* Don’t waste your time or money! I recently lost one of my cats for a few days and figured these would prevent that tragedy from ever happening again. I was wrong. They work somewhat fine when you’re in the very short range it allows you to be in but I go to my bedroom to relax after setting them up and checking them out and they’re beeping like crazy and my cats are just in the kitchen. I didn’t realize you can’t be out of range or they’ll constantly alarm. The option to silence for a certain period of time doesn’t work and neither does the option to not be notified when out of range. Definitely getting my money back and putting it towards some Tiles or Air tags. ### 1/5 — Tag-it *2024-01-29, version 1.0.3* I can’t get the app to find the device at all. There’s no directions on how to use it. It tells you the app is disconnected in a foreign language. Then battery was at one bar and nothing worked. Taking back to store and getting money back. Telling boss to ask corporate not to send anymore. Oh yeah they website came up as unsafe. But, if i hit the button on the Taggit it sets off an alarm on my phone thats the only thing it will do worst device ever. I was able to pair the keychain with my phone and it has had a pretty decent range so far. I live in a 2 BR apartment and it hasn’t disconnected even once. ### 5/5 — you have to go to settings for it to fully work! *2020-12-28, version 1.0.2* this product works well, but i read some reviews regarding that it doesn’t work when you exit the app— you have to go TO the settings on your iphone and then to the actual Tag-It app. you have to switch the location from “allow only using app” to “always allow”. that’s a very important step. ### 5/5 — Christmas Gift *2020-12-26, version 1.0.2* I have no complaints, got this for my various day to day items, works like a charm. Clearer instructions on the physics product and the app would make it a lot easier to deal with.
