I had to download a VPN when I get the phone did that and it’s connected to two different websites/apps. It’s connected to Airvoice&Airtalk two different company’s even tho I got TagMobile. I got an iPhone XR from TagMobile it looks good. LOOKS GOOD BUT LOOKS CAN B DECEIVING! IPhone battery life succs have to charge it all the time, settings b changing on its own, shows notifications when it it feels like that even tho Im always on Wi-Fi .I thought maybe the focus/bed/sleep/Do Not disturb mode is on or it’s scheduled but I took it deleted all that and turned it off (I never turned on none of these modes on and/or scheduled none by the way) and still this iphone be showing me notifications when it wants. I turned all the notifications on and made them all priority and still I get notifications late. I know it sounds crazy but I change the settings to the way I want next thing you know they change bacc again and now I can only access/change some settings. Im connected to Wi-Fi most of the time but once it’s not connected to the internet say I go somewhere and now no internet dropped calls texts dont send have to resend a lot. They don’t even deserve a one star. I had Airtalk Wireless before too they sent me a Samsung Galaxy S9 it came broke let them know and they basically said they don’t believe me cus I didn’t record the unpaccing of the phone like wtf. B careful ppl if it sounds too good to b true more than likely it is!!! ### 1/5 — Joke *2026-01-07, version 1.4.7* They’re an absolute joke. No customer service! You can’t disconnect you can’t talk to anyone. They suck ### 3/5 — Customer service sucks *2025-12-28, version 1.4.6* There is no live agent, you can’t talk to a machine, when you dial the number either one it gives you weird prompts that don’t relate to you so if you don’t pick those three or four options then it hangs up and you can’t get help.. the same nite I charged/set up my phone the next day it said shutting down and it will not come back on.. at all.. I have yet to be able to speak with some one or get help.. guess they say the service n phone free we don’t have to provide help with anything.. you can never reach anyone even if you do pick the options trust me I picked them all ### 1/5 — Free phone and service *2025-12-20* I don’t know about others but as for me I really DONOT recommend this service or phones. I know it’s all free but to tell me u get what u getting from the government was pretty shady. Service was really slow and the quality of the phone was bad Now as for getting help. There phone service does not work and writing a ticket and waiting for a response in a couple of days things are harder to communicate. Been playing tag with them for a week. All I needed was a PIN number and gave them all the information they needed. So I waited and waited nothing. Even trying to get a live person on phone is not worth my time. I was on the phone listening to their music for 2 hours with no response. Even waited for an email from them it’s like takes forever for them to respond. This company is not worth for a free phone service in my opinion. Even Apple sends alerts multiple times indicating their device is degraded, but they try to ignore that proof. It’s an old barely usable phone . So I just transferred the service to my iPhone 14 Pro and now have free service . I can’t complain . I’m very pleased with everything Tags equal no did anything wrong I like iPhone . Do you hear me now? I finally got that bill and got it.
