They mostly sing in English but have many beautiful vainglorious on video that I would like to understand. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Poor customer service disappointing app experience *2026-07-10, version 5.8.0* I purchased the full version of Nemo because I genuinely enjoyed the app and found it to be an excellent language-learning tool. Unfortunately, after reinstalling the app, I have been unable to restore my purchase despite following all of the recommended troubleshooting steps. I contacted Nemo support multiple times but never received a meaningful response or a resolution. Apple directed me back to the developer, while the developer has remained unresponsive. As a paying customer, this has been extremely frustrating. The app itself is well designed and has great potential, but customer support and purchase restoration are just as important as the software. If you are considering making an in-app purchase, be aware that you may have difficulty recovering it if something goes wrong.
