## What is Tagback?

Camera photos missing from the iPhone Photos map? Tagback helps put imported camera photos back where they belong by comparing them with nearby iPhone photos already in your Photos library.

If your DSLR, mirrorless, or compact camera photos lost their place on the map, Tagback helps rebuild the shooting location without sending your library to a server. It finds non-iPhone photos with no location, compares them with iPhone photos from the same time window, and separates results into locations ready to save, photos to check, and photos it should not change.

Want to like it, concept is great. But cumbersome manual approval process and then the overwhelming majority failed to save but then
doesn't tell which ones worked and which ones doesn't.

Looks like the app can only trigger the update for local photos. Would be great to have options to download iCloud Photos that’s missing the geotag and complete the fix.
