From last month all the Marv Neo watches I have is not connecting with the app. In search no device is showing. Very Bad experience with tagg watches and this app specially

Earlier  it was working fine , but from last 2-3 months is not getting paired with my iPhone. Pairing continues but not connect. Even I wait for hours but no response. Completely waste of money.

The watch doesn’t correctly reflect the steps data to Apple health. For example today I completed 6000+ steps however apple health shows a very low number. So I went and looked at the data from TAGG NEO - and the data sent by the app is just 800 steps. 
Also there is some bug the watch stops counting steps after 10 PM every night.

Dear team I have recently purchased TAGG NEO smartwatch. Overall it working well but when I am doing activity (cycling) it is recording incorrect values. E.g. for a 20 mins cycling at average pace of 15km/hr it is showing distance covered only 1.36Km. I tried it few times and it’s showing same. Please help.
