## What is TagingVault?

TagingVault is an offline workspace for reusable hashtag sets. Save named sets, clean pasted blocks, and copy a tag list into your editor. Version 2.1 adds Echo Cut, a carryover cutter unique to this app.

ECHO CUT
Rotating the set is not enough if the same tags keep traveling with you. Echo Cut compares a candidate set against the tags inside your recent logged posts — including posts that used a different set — then copies the leftover block. It is not a set score, not a caption-density check, and not a cloned lab worksheet.

Echo Cut strips tags your recent posts already used, even when those posts came from a different set. Copy the leftover block or rest a set that is all carryover.

This is tag-level recency, not another set score. Logged uses now keep a tag snapshot so later edits do not rewrite history.

No accounts, no network, no live tag-volume data — everything stays on your device.

Library Health — scan your whole vault for cross-set tag overlap in seconds. See exactly which tags appear across multiple sets, which set pairs are nearly identical (with Jaccard similarity scores), and which sets are fully redundant. An overall health score (0–100) tells you how diverse your rotation is.

JSON Backup & Restore — export your entire vault to a portable JSON file that you can save to Files, share via Messages, or email to yourself. Import it back on any device (or after reinstalling) and TagVault renames duplicates automatically so nothing is overwritten.

Burnout threshold now works — the "Burned threshold" slider in Settings (2–6 uses per week) is now actually wired to the burnout engine. Previously the slider moved but the tracker always used the default of 3. Set it to 2 for aggressive rotation or 6 for looser management and every view updates correctly.

### 1.1 — 2026-06-14

Platform Smart Picker — tap Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Threads, Pinterest, YouTube, or X on any tag set and get the best subset within that platform's actual limits. Instagram's December 2025 hard 5-hashtag cap is enforced automatically; the picker prioritizes niche tags first so every slot counts.

Weekly Planner — assign a different tag set to each day of the week. Today's slot appears at the top with one-tap copy and a Mark Used button that feeds the burnout tracker. Never accidentally repeat the same set two days in a row.

Share Sheet — tap Share on any tag set to send a formatted export (name, niche, notes, tags) to Notes, Messages, Mail, or any other app.

Density Analyzer now platform-aware — select your platform before analyzing and the count guidance updates to match: hard-cap alert for Instagram over 5, warning for LinkedIn over 5, flag for X over 2.
