But now the website forced me to download this app ‘Tagmango’ and after registering in it with the same details that I entered while using web version, the course didn’t appear in the course section… Highly disappointed ☹️ ### 1/5 — Absolutely the worst app I ever TRIED to use *2024-05-24* This is the most frustrating app I’ve ever tried to use. I should’ve seen by the lack of reviews that this would be a major red flag. I wasted hours of my life trying to talk to a customer service chatbot on here that literally ran me around for hours when I came across an issue. They would email me as if they were going to address the issues I was dealing with and when responding, would bring me back to the chatbot to waste my time again. Be very leery about giving this app any of your information since you can’t reach a real person, there’s no way to know how they’re using the information that you provide. ### 1/5 — No Audio *2021-12-16* The iOS version of the app does never have a audio. It just posts video without audio. Plus on phone the website does not open on browser it only encourages you to download the app which doesn’t work. It used to be better earlier but lately Tagmango sucks. But because my content creators are here I have to go to laptop and check there videos. It is super simple to setup a course or workshop for your audience. Almost all features that one requires to host a workshop/course be it big or small is available on this platform.
