## What is TAGO RIDES?

Someone is already driving where you need to go.

Tago connects people making the same trip so they can share the ride and split what it costs. Post the drive you were making anyway, or find a seat on someone else's. No surge pricing, and no commission.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Say where you're going and when.
2. See who's already driving that way, with their times, open seats and the cost per seat.
3. Send a request. When the driver accepts, sort out the timings in chat.
4. Scan to start the trip, ride, and you're done.

FINDING A RIDE
• Search a route and see every trip on it
• Request a seat for the day you need, and bring up to three companions
• Know the exact cost before you ask, with no fees added at the end
• When nobody drives the whole way, tago stitches a drive together with transit
• A group chat for every trip, so nobody is guessing where to stand

OFFERING SEATS
• Post the drive you were already making and fill the empty seats
• Set your own time, route and stops
• Driving the same trip every week? Post it once and cover the whole week
• Review requests and choose who rides with you

BUILT AROUND REAL TRIPS
• Concerts, games and festivals, with a seat home when it ends
• Airport runs to and from set pickup points
• Weekly commutes as a repeating schedule
• Weekend trips home

NO COMMISSION
Tago does not take a cut. What a rider chips in is what the driver receives. There is no service fee, no booking fee and no surge.

SAFETY
Every account is verified and every trip ends with a rating. Trips start with a scan, so the right people are in the right car. Share your live trip with someone you trust whenever you want.

WHO USES TAGO
Students getting home for the weekend. Commuters splitting the drive into the city. Anyone heading to the same show, the same airport or the same town as someone else, and tired of paying for the whole car alone.

Download Tago and find your seat.

### 2.0.0 — 2026-09-03

Tago 2.0 is a rebuild of the whole app.

A new home screen
Rides near you now sit right on the home screen, so you can see what's going your way the moment you open the app. Search from the same place, in one tap.

Trips that repeat
Drivers who make the same trip every week now post once instead of once a day. You'll see the whole week on a single card and pick the day you need.

Events and venues
Concerts, games and festivals have their own pages, with rides to the event and a seat home when it ends.

Part drive, part transit
When nobody is driving the whole way, tago now finds a driver for part of the route and connects it to transit for the rest.

No commission
tago takes no cut of any ride. What a rider chips in is what the driver receives.

Faster, clearer, and easier to read
New type, new colors, and a proper dark mode throughout.

### 1.1.2 — 2026-05-28

What's new
• Automatic ride matching. We now scan every day for fellow students heading the same direction as you on the same date — and tap you on the shoulder the moment we find a match. No more checking the Ride Board every morning.
• Call from inside the ride. Tap "Call" on your chat or pickup screen to reach your driver or rider in one step. Phone numbers stay private — you only see each other's number while your ride is actually happening, and never after.
• We'll find rides for you. If a fellow student is heading the same way on a day that fits your schedule, we'll let you know. No more checking the board every morning.
• A calmer, cleaner home screen. Less clutter, more breathing room, easier to find what you came for.
• Changed your mind? Drivers can now withdraw a pending offer in one tap — the way riders already could.
• Built for everyone. Bring a caregiver along on your ride. Filter for wheelchair-friendly vehicles. Share your live trip with up to 5 trusted contacts in one tap. Drivers can opt to waive the caregiver seat fee as an act of goodwill.

What we fixed
• Your ride stays active the whole way to your destination — no more surprise endings before you arrive.
• Cancel a ride request once and it cancels. First tap, every time.
• Snoozing requests as a driver now works exactly how you'd expect.
• Screens fit beautifully on every iPhone, including the new Pro Max.
• Adding a payment method when accepting an offer is now smooth.

A note on tracking: while your ride is happening, we keep your location updated so the other person can see you on the map. You may see a small blue dot at the top of your iPhone — that's just iOS letting you know. It turns off the second your ride ends.

We read every email at support@tagorides.com. Thanks for riding with us.
