Using it in our hotel to communicate with guests and keep all the tasks at hands. Really helpful to our FO guys - no request gets lost. And for department heads - now we are working faster, we can control and escalate tasks if not done in time. Guest are happy with a great service thanks to TagPoint

This app truly improved both guest experience and employees operations flow in my hotel! Amazingly simple management solution. 
All guest requests are traced and nothing is lost. Staff is happy!
