Get your card, top up money (only foreign currency-no Thai Baht-thats how the bank earns money) and pay almost everywhere in Thailand even on street markets. But, the app runs poorly. And I’m happy to have it! Since the last update I can pay almost in every shop but still can pay at market or at Taxi, would be good if this feature can be added! And the app needs a small boost it reacts a little bit slow! But overall I will continue to use! Update: now scan and pay at market Vendors and so on is possible! It takes too long to load. Too long to then get into payments while you hold up a line hoping it will work. It does not accept personal QR codes which more vendors use than a business QR. also the fact you can ONLY load it with foreign cash currency is ridiculous. It literally worked maybe once in every ten times I tried to use it. Most small businesses in Thailand have the QR code tied to their personal accounts and it does not work for that. So shop at the mall with this app but it doesn’t work anywhere you would want to go and experience anything remotely Thai in culture. More like scam and pay. It always missing key in. And pay & scan part is loading so long when paying. Ended up using credit cards. The airport location has a terrible markup and the city locations are slightly better. After you top up and try to actually pay, it takes at least 30s to get from opening the app to actually paying because of all the loading. It would be great if I could connect it to Apple Pay, especially since I used my Apple ID to sign up for the account. But as it is, too much hassle to use, I will stick with Baht cash. So yet another useless account sign up. ### 1/5 — Hard to use *2025-12-26, version 4.20.3* I agree with most people here that it took too long to get to the part that you could actually pay. It worked well with vendors in the well established mall but barely compatible with street vendors. Also not working with 7-eleven (the most important 😂) Lastly if you are outside of city center it was so hard to find the Kbank FX booth to top up. The regular Kbank branch wont top up for you and did give me a look for asking at certain branches. You will also need your passport and foreign currency to top up with semi bad rate. Riding tukuk, visiting temples, grand palace, boat ride and going around BKK. We also visited the tallest building in BK, followed by a lovely foot massage. Everything was easy- just QR code that we needed throughout.
