The app constantly freezes . Like other users I have to delete , reinstall several times a day . This needs fixed. Now !

I have uninstalled & reinstalled this app a few times to get it back to working but now it has completely stopped working so I can’t access the notes of my mum’s live in carer.

Very poor, needs to be uninstalled or phone rebooted almost on a daily basis. How can a relatively simple app be so poor.
People using this system require it to keep up to date with their loved one’s situation.
The businesses using this system should complain and get improvements, unless of course they don’t want to pay for a better system.

Same problem as everyone else. Delete and reinstall daily. Great when it works but very annoying when screen is blank which is most days. Please fix.

Most days I need to uninstall then reinstall the app to get it to work. 
Apparently it’s a problem with Apple phones and the app not being completely compatible. 
May I politely suggest, after reading other similar reviews, that a fix might be an idea?
