The app page can not run up completely and alway go brand. Very frustrating and waste time. I had to delete the app and then reload it again.

So frustrating that this app keeps logging me out. Very time consuming having to log back in when I’m trying to work... other than that a great app and would be very convenient...would be giving it five stars 🌟if this problem didn’t occur....come on tagtronics sort it out.

I’ve been deleting and reinstalling this apps but it still not reflecting the scan, please resolve this as this is our way of saying we are at work

Frequent lock ups, becomes almost unusable in areas of poor data. Has logged me out 4 times for no apparent reason and, in one case, logged me out a minute before I logged in!!

We have had this for a while now and I'm happy to say it's now getting much better, I can see they are trying hard to get the app right and I'm satisfied with the results so far.

Our company always has issues with this app. All day I’ve gone to log in to a visit, only for the screen to go blank & I have to reload the app. Not ideal when working rural with poor signal. Checked for an update but there isn’t one. The feedback sometimes isn’t visible either, even after you’ve already visited someone that day.
