We always order the same thing and every time I flag something as a favorite. The next time, my favorites have disappeared and the ‘order again’ option never works. ### 1/5 — Price higher on app than in store *2023-11-25* I noticed that the price of items on their own app is higher(same rates as on uber or skip) than when you purchase in store. I understand keeping higher prices on third party apps like ubereats or ‘skipthedishes’ but why would you charge more from the customer on your own app? Nice environment ### 1/5 — FATAL FLAW: No Pickip Order ID *2023-09-18* Whoever designed this app did a great job with UI, speed, options, and integrating Apple Pay. However, they have also never had to pickup food when ordering from an app it seems. When you go to pickup, there is no order ID associated with your pickup. There’s nothing stopping someone from staying “that’s me” and getting an order that isn’t for them.
