What is the point of winter only and not applicable to non ski members?

Yesterday I used the ski map to navigate when snowshoeing. Today the resort opened, I picked up my season pass, opened the app, and all the winter stuff is gone and I only see summer maps. Less than useful.

There is no way to “contact” anyone abt the app or contact member services. When the user clicks the “contact” link it pulls up an email with NOTHING in the TO: field. So no email to send it to. That is pretty basic QA so you may want to find a different app designer. Additionally, there are no phone numbers to call any of the services. You shld have the phone number with click to call capability on there. Happy hour hours shld be front and center. Also the hours of the bars - it looks like the Xc center closes at 5 pm from the app - not so. Any live music?  Coupons and specials Wld be great as well as a webcam feed.  Also is Tahoe Donner doing anything with the poor cell service near the ski area?  I would contact member services but since the contact us part of the app doesn’t work I’m putting it in the review in hopes someone sees it. Thanks!

This a fair start at best, and is really only a digital brochure that replicates what’s already on the TD web site. This app should provide interactivity with actual TD functions - like being the member card for amenities via NFC and like quickly addressing the growing calls for a complaint line for TD covenant violations. Someone said “you need an app” and nobody seems to have thought about a deeper strategy of what an HOA app should really provide.

The app should be expanded to include summer activities and also the abilities for dining reservation.

It says to restart app to change seasons .  After doing so,  nothing happens .  I tried to set "season to auto."  It defaults back to winter
