Pourquoi ne peut on pas avoir certains réglages de volets directement dans l application TaHoma non pro ? Comme le réglage de la hauteur max du volet  ? Je peux même pas me connecter à ma TaHoma en pro car j ai pas d’e-mail pro … 
Je suis quand même propriétaire de mes volets non ?

Faites une effort faite une appli qui concentre tout au même endroit !!!

De plus mon installateur n’a jamais créé de compte pro … et vu que ça c est mal passé avec lui on est coincé c’est ça ?

The app is trash. Just like the company’s products. Nothing ever works. The stupid app keeps “searching” for the product even though the INSTANT I scan the QR code the product’s LED immediately starts blinking. So it FOUND it to trigger something in the device, yet it just endlessly scans and never finds anything. Never buy Somfy products or use their trash software

The app has clearly not been properly tested. Full of problems when setting up the account from making you guess what the phone format is to not giving enough space to see what you’re inputting as password confirmation… If that wasn’t bad enough when finished, couldn’t get into my account!

The documentation for the zigbee motors with TaHoma switch is not updated to reflect what is on the app. There is no way to add “equipment” without adding a remote. Does not see plugs.  Takes many restarts to see motors. When we clicked for service bc the TaHoma switch on an install would not pair after 4 hours on the phone with Somfy support, instead of sending a ticket it locked us out of Somfy pro app entirely and now we can’t help any clients and Somfy does not respond for 4 days. Horrible experience. Use a different manufacturer!!!

Übersichtliche, intuitive App-Lösung für Fachbetriebe, welche in der R+S Branche mit Somfy IO Produkten arbeiten. Tolle Sache auch, die Fernzugriffsmöglichkeiten, welche allen Beteiligten in einzelnen Fällen, eine effiziente und schnelle Serviceabwicklung erlauben. Nützliche App, auch regelmäßige Updates bisher, welche das Nutzererlebnis darüber hinaus, auch noch stetig weiter verbessern.
