Give your loved ones peace of mind while you’re on a trip—you can share your location and trip status so they know you made it to your destination.

You can contact emergency services
You can call your local authorities directly from the app, and your location and trip details will be displayed so you can quickly share them with emergency services.

TIP AND RATE YOUR DRIVER
After every ride, you can submit a rating along with comments. You can also let your driver know you appreciated your experience by adding a tip for them right in the app

1. Download the app and follow the instructions to create an account. 
2. To request a trip, select your pickup and dropoff locations.   
3. Once we’ve found a driver, you’ll be shown the driver and vehicle information. Please note: all our driver-partners are vetted before joining our platform. You can also check the driver’s pickup route and estimated time of arrival (ETA). 
4. At the end of your trip, pay hassle-free using your preferred payment method directly in the app. 
5. Safety first! Take a minute to learn how to set Trusted Contacts, use the Emergency Button or share your ride status using our in-app Safety Toolkit.

مافي اي تعاون ولا تعامل ولا سواقهم يفهمون ولا مدربينهم اهم شي ياخذون فلوس زياده وبس اي مشكله منهم الزبون هو يتحملها فعلا اسوء شركه اغلاط بالابلكيشن مفروض شركه تتحملها

يسحبون علي فجاة ومرات يتاخرون وعلى حسب المزاج يزيدون السعر سيئين حييييل كل مره اعطيهم فرصه يعكرون علي الطلعه كلها لا وخدمة العملاء عبالهم هوشه والله نجمه حرام فيكم 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

**Developer response:** ياهلا فيكم ، على زيادة السعر إذا حددتوا مكان ورحتوا مكان  ثاني غير اللي محددينه  أكيد بيحسب زيادة على المكان الزايد ، والتطبيق يحسب السعر على الكيلو والمشوار اللي رحتوا عليه ، وحجز الابلكيشن اقرب سايق نطرشه لكم ، وإذا عندكم شكوى قدموها عن طريق الابلكيشن أو الرقم الموجود عشان نحلها ومايصير خاطركم ألا طيب

التطبيق فجاة يطلعني من الحجز ويعلق الدفع مرات بس عندي تعليق خدمه العملاء عندكم بالواتس سيئه جداً جداً اسلوبهم دايماً خايس ومنفسين ويتقصد يخليني اتاخر لان بمزاجه الموضوع ! للامانه اخر تجربه بسبب خدمه العملاء وليس التطبيق
