### 5/5 — My view

*2026-07-24*

Another tough day. With my age and banged up shoulder and long ago injured knee I feel very weak but I enjoyed the past month and can see positive gains. I will continue to go onward and stick with it to see what results I can over a long haul. I think the program is great and hope many seniors can get a real sense of accomplishment. At my age my hope is to maintain and not lose ground. That will be a good benefit for me. Thanks 😊

I’d like to thank you as a blind person so far the app has worked nicely except for the first two or three screens or pictures a screen reader on an iPhone won’t read the pictures. Hopefully things will continue as they are.

This app does not lie. My sister used it for 3 weeks with success before telling me about it . We started a challenge Monday and today, Friday I’ve lost 2.5 pounds. And more importantly I’ve lost inches. Couldn’t believe o could get results with such calming moves. Now we’re inviting our other sister.
