### 4/5 — Nice stretching routine, but too easy for me

*2026-07-22, version 1.3.11 - Pixel Improvement, fixed Explore*

Supposedly can make adjustments in settings, but I don’t see a settings button.

### 2/5 — Multiple Plans?

*2026-06-27, version 1.3.3 - New exit offer*

I only just downloaded this app today. Started with the free trial. When I went into my Apple account it showed that there are multiple plans to choose from besides their $39.95 a year, but I cannot find any information on what those plans include. When I try to sign in to the web page, I was not given a username & password when I downloaded and signed up for the free trial. I’m at a complete loss here. I’d like to know more about the different plans. I’d like to find some information about them but somehow I’m on their free trial going to be billed $39.95 in a week if I don’t cancel. There’s are least five other plans to choose from. Where in the world is the information? It should not be this hard.

### 2/5 — Jury is so out

*2026-06-16, version 1.2.20 - AB test new onboarding design*

Not Free
I’ve been at this 20 odd days or so
Same bloody movement every time -
Never the same on how presented for you to follow
The spoken words have nothing to do with how the “model” is doing the movement
Just 16 June 26 found and did an update let’s see if improvements have been made
If not DONT waste your money
Do the 4 free days
And then just do it on your own - had I known that would have been my plan instead of wasting money

### 4/5 — Almost perfect…

*2026-06-08, version 1.2.15 - Added 2-nd (close) paywall*

LOVING this app. Senior with symptomatic hypermobility. Lots of pain and easily partially dislocate joints, ribs, SI, and spine.
This is exactly what i have been searching for. Gentle. Peaceful. Calming. But also gets me moving and breathing.
Thank you so much!
The ONLY THING that would make it perfect is getting the audible description to match the visual display. They are sometimes conflicting.

### 2/5 — Multiple Plans?

*2026-06-06, version 1.2.15 - Added 2-nd (close) paywall*

### 3/5 — Bait and switch? NOT FREE

*2026-06-01, version 1.2.15 - Added 2-nd (close) paywall*

I like the exercises so far, but it definitely sounded like the first 30-day plan was going to be free. Certainly the App Store doesn’t have any requirements to be clear about what parts of an app are free and which aren’t, but developers should have the ethics to provide that info up front.

### 2/5 — Misleading

*2026-05-06, version 1.19.5 - Added email and password sign in - web account*

Says you can download and start using the app for free . After a few day, you have to start a trail or purchase to continue using app. Why does it say free then have to purchase

### 3/5 — Nice Program

*2026-05-05, version 1.19.5 - Added email and password sign in - web account*

I like the program, but it does not log the progress with my Apple health apps.

### 3/5 — Frustrated

*2026-04-21, version 1.19.2 - [Crash fix] - in video player*

I like this app. The exercises are perfect for me; however, I keep having to uninstall and reinstall because the video doesn’t work right. I can hear the audio, but the picture either freezes or isn’t there.

### 3/5 — Was great

*2026-04-19, version 1.19.2 - [Crash fix] - in video player*

It was great until it stopped working. Just keeps crashing when I try to open the app. 😞 also would love an Apple TV version.

### 5/5 — I’m 57 and this works

*2026-04-10, version 1.19.0 - Extend Plan, Fix iPad bugs*

I’m a 57-year-old truck driver. I started doing this program. My shoulders feel better. And I can already see it’s helping my muscle tone a lot. I love that this is very low impact on my joints. Thank you for creating this program. It’s helpful.

### 5/5 — Terrific work out

*2026-04-08, version 1.19.0 - Extend Plan, Fix iPad bugs*

This is truly the best for those of us in the later years especially those of us who want to improve our balance and stability

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Not for free

*2026-08-25, version 1.4.0 - Added Share, progress save, switch exercises*

It is not for free!!!! Advertising wrong

### 1/5 — Paid 19.99 and nothing

*2026-07-11, version 1.3.5 - Added Chair Tai Chi*

I got the 7 day trial when I paid the 19.99 annual fee. When I tried to go the 6th day, an Ad popped up asking me to subscribe. I know I paid because the 19.99 already cleared my bank. Now I’m stuck not being able to do anything.

### 1/5 — Do not be fooled by the seven day trial PERIOD!! It is not free.

*2026-06-16, version 1.2.20 - AB test new onboarding design*

I downloaded this app. They said I had a seven day free trial. I realize that I did not like it. So I tried to unsubscribe an hour after downloading it. And they still charge me the monthly subscription amount. When I contacted Apple to get a refund, they told me that this app is not eligible for a refund. So even though they say that is a free day trial do not press subscribe unless you really want the app. you can get free workouts on YouTube.

### 1/5 — Scam

*2026-06-12, version 1.2.19 - Change actions steps voice for 3 exercises*

Your app said it was free and you lied that is false advertisement and a scam to sucker people into it

### 1/5 — Never had a chance

*2026-05-01, version 1.19.4 - Fix onboarding picker, added a-b test price*

Couldn’t get pass putting in my height. Never had the chance to use the app. Is it the IOS 26 or something else?

### 1/5 — Horrible App

*2026-04-30, version 1.19.3 - [Crash fix] when update, fixed video player, music*

I spent $39 for access for an entire year. The app stopped working on the 4th day. It still not working 3 weeks later and I’m out $40. Don’t buy this app

### 1/5 — App won’t open

*2026-04-22, version 1.19.2 - [Crash fix] - in video player*

This app won’t open and I’ve already paid for a year subscription

### 1/5 — Not impressed!

*2026-04-09, version 1.19.0 - Extend Plan, Fix iPad bugs*

Tried to use it and the screen went blank after the first exercise. Didn’t show me how to do the second exercise. Skipped to the next exercise and still only had a blank screen.

### 1/5 — Free - only 7 days

*2026-03-16, version 1.18.0 - Launch offer and original paywall in 2 days*

I downloaded this app because it said it was free. It is NOT free. There is a free 7 day trial and then $39.99/year.

### 1/5 — No video

*2026-03-04, version 1.17.0 - Changed ASO*

The video doesn’t come up after the first video on how to do it. I can only get the written description of the exercise which is not helpful when you are a beginner

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Finally

*2026-09-03, version 1.4.0 - Added Share, progress save, switch exercises*

I finally found my tai chi for seniors app: no nonsense, just an amazing variety of exercises very well explained one after the other, no time wasted, music and guidance are independent choices. Never boring because each exercise lasts one minute and you get a 10 second warning, so it flies by… and I’m definitely feeling the positive effects. I feel stronger, better, balanced, and less stiff. i’m super happy and actually looking forward to doing those exercise exercises every day that’s a first in my life!!
