I’ve been trying to change my password, but I’m not receiving any e-mails to be able to change my password. The food is always reliably fresh and delicious and the staff is wonderful. This app is hot garbage. It gets the job done but nothing about it is intuitive. It looks and works like someone’s first app, not the mobile entry point of a public facing business. Please hire a professional app dev team to rebuild from the ground up. Thanks for the yummy food! ### 1/5 — Lost points *2023-09-23* I had all my point in store accumulated all I had to do was give my name and they found me in the system. I went in to try to redeem my points and they told me I had to download the app and everything will be transferred there. I ask, how can I transfer my points in store to the app? They told me they had to reach out to the technical team and will get back to me. It’s over $20 worth of points but I am going to lose because of this new app update ### 1/5 — Love Taichi - but TERRIBLE APP *2023-09-14* Hard to navigate, order summary clunky and hard to see/update quantities, location settings are bad, and paying is a nightmare. ### 1/5 — Don’t bother *2023-08-11* This app is utterly broken. You can’t place an order. When you try to buy a gift card the app gives you an error but then charges your card anyway and doesn’t put the gift card in your account. Times out and errors with pretty much every action. Set up a new account for rewards and the stores can’t find it. Logged back in and the app decided I was in a different country on a different continent. However, this app needs a lot of work. If you add an extra ingredient to your ramen, for example, you can’t remove it, it just keeps adding more, so you have to back out of what you’re ordering and start over. The menu layout out is clearly not done by any designer, though you can’t look at the items, it doesn’t really encourage you to keep looking. There is just a lot of work that is needed on the app. So please hire a real app designer/developer. When I went to checkout I had to login and it emptied my cart. I am beyond hangry now waiting for my family’s food 🙄 Also, if you accidentally select a sauce, but you don’t want any. They have all the foods and drinks listed on the menus and it’s very easy to read. It also keeps track of your reward points, which is a plus. Not only that, but it’s so much faster putting in an order and picking it up rather than waited for it in line. It works but a few things to keep in mind, namely that the order status never changes from received or tells you when it’s done. There are also misspellings, and it made me restart the app after making an account.
