App developers should be fired for such bad Ux. ### 1/5 — Didn’t process my spending *2026-03-01* I did upload couple spending receipt from Apita, value approx $1,000. I had follow the instruction, upload both receipt and electronic payment evident. After uploaded, it keep on processing status for 2 weeks. After 2 weeks later, my transaction got disappeared. It is annoying, coz I have no idea why it not being process and have no idea how to fix it. At the end the mall didn’t give me the spending credit I deserved. This is a very bad sales practice.
