Uploaded receipt and it didn’t even apply to Parking. App developers should be fired for such bad Ux.

I did upload couple spending receipt from Apita, value approx $1,000. I had follow the instruction, upload both receipt and electronic payment evident. After uploaded, it keep on processing status for 2 weeks. After 2 weeks later, my transaction got disappeared.
It is annoying, coz I have no idea why it not being process and have no idea how to fix it. At the end the mall didn’t give me the spending credit I deserved. This is a very bad sales practice. Will never go to City Plaza anymore

Obvious they’ve used a rubbish local app company as it’s too clunky, parts don’t work and missing information 
Al the money Taikoo have and yet app is budget basic very poor
