## What is Tailored Resume Builder?

Tailored Resume Builder helps you create a resume for each role. Keep your original, adapt a copy for each application, and export a PDF for free.

Build once, tailor for each role
Keep your experience, education, skills and projects in a reusable Main Resume. Create a separate version for each job application. Updates flow to linked copies while your custom edits stay protected. You can tailor everything manually.

Import your existing resume
Start with a PDF, photos or a camera scan on supported devices. Review the extracted details before saving. Spend your time choosing the experience that matters for the role, instead of retyping your resume.

Export PDFs without a subscription
Editing, all five templates and PDF exports are free. Choose your accent color and A4 or US Letter, preview the result, then share through Files, AirDrop or email. PDF text can be selected and searched; ATS parsing depends on the system and layout.

Choose which AI changes to keep
Get feedback on your resume or adapt a copy to a role. Review suggestions and choose what to keep. Your original stays intact, and AI explanations stay out of the PDF. You can return to saved results without sending another request.

Your data and optional AI
Manual editing and PDF creation work offline, with no separate app account required. Stored resumes synchronize through your private iCloud database when available.

Import, AI review, and generation need internet access and send content to our service and its AI provider. Import can include contacts and images. Review and generation omit dedicated contact fields, photos, and links; personal details inside descriptions are sent as written. See the Privacy Policy for processing and diagnostics details.

AI SUBSCRIPTION
One successful import and one successful AI-tailored resume are free, once per verified App Store identity for its lifetime, including existing users. AI reviews require a subscription. Failed operations do not count. Delivered results count even if discarded. Free actions do not start a subscription. Reviews with neither changes nor useful feedback do not count.

An optional monthly subscription provides AI reviews and further imports and tailoring. The current local price is shown before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. Renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Restore purchases or manage your subscription in Settings. Your resumes remain editable and exportable after cancellation.
