### 5/5 — Great

*2026-07-12*

Very good app, beautiful, easy to use and friendly customer support

### 1/5 — Not as expected and poor customer service

*2026-07-06*

I wanted to share my experience to help other tarot and oracle enthusiasts make an informed decision before purchasing. The concept behind this product is genuinely creative, and I wish the execution and customer service had matched the promise.

I purchased two tarot decks several months ago. One thing prospective buyers should know is that the that the frames, borders, card numbering, and card titles are inconsistent throughout a deck. When I raised this as a concern, I was told this was by design and not considered a flaw or defect.

At the time of my purchase, the company advertised unlimited edits. Afterward, the editing system was placed behind a new agreement with different terms, and my understanding of what I had purchased no longer matched how the product was being supported.

I spent weeks carefully customizing my deck because I believed the purpose of the product was to create a personalized, print-worthy tarot deck. The editor generally requires changes to be made one prompt at a time, so the process naturally involved many iterations. By the time I contacted support, I had submitted approximately 1,600 edits over an extended period while trying to refine individual cards.

Instead of receiving assistance with the persistent issues I was experiencing, I was told that my use of the editor constituted a “misuse of the system.” I also found the tone of the responses dismissive and discourteous. While I understand that companies must establish reasonable limits, I expected those expectations to be communicated clearly before purchase and handled professionally when asked for help.

My request was ultimately denied, including my request for a refund. That was disappointing, but even more disappointing was the way the concerns were addressed. Good customer service is not always about providing the outcome a customer wants; it is also about communicating respectfully and acknowledging legitimate concerns.

In the end, I invested a significant amount of time, effort, and money and did not receive the product or customer experience I expected. If your goal is a polished, professionally cohesive tarot or oracle deck, I would encourage you to carefully evaluate whether this product aligns with those expectations before purchasing

### 5/5 — Great app!

*2026-06-25*

Nice app to do daily draws with, and my dog is on every card!

### 1/5 — I’ve Been Ignored By This Company

*2026-06-23*

I tried to order a tarot deck from this company and ran into issues. I reached out for support and didn’t receive any response for over a week until I reached out to my credit card company worried that I had been scammed. They didn’t resolve my issue and instead blamed me for the issue. I again asked for a refund, especially due to the inability to get any sort of prompt assistance, and yet another week has gone by and still no response. I found their Instagram page and left a comment, but now they have blocked me from their page entirely. This company is predatory and doesn’t offer any support to their customers who are paying hundreds of dollars for a customized keepsake item. DO NOT support this company.
