Off course the app is important to avoid tedious research in the book, however it still a simple replacement for the book when it could be an improvement for the whole campaign with a few more features such as:
- status management in app, with a backup location to keep progress,
- direction keys to facilitate the change of location, maybe a view of the map to show the travel,
- the possibility of showing the picture of the current location without any text over,
- the same for the encounter cards, in order to improve immersion

I really enjoy the app it does everything I could hope and would expect to improve QOL however, my only feedback is early on in the starting location 101 (small spoiler ahead)… the rest at home option in the app for a fully lit Menhir gives you 2 health and -2 terror while the 2.0 journal gives you 4 health and -3 terror. This makes me have to have the book and app out so that I can be sure of the values which defeats some of the point. Overall though I’m okay with doing this since it doesn’t take away from the atmosphere, voice over experience, and quick reference capabilities (after confirming) provided.

Incluso sin que este en castellano la ambientacion y la ayuda a la campaña son increibles! Si sabes ingles te sumergirá muchisimo en el juego

Die App an sich ist klasse gemacht und bringt auch ein bisschen mehr Atmosphäre ins Spiel mit der Music etc. Aber es fehlt die Deutsche Sprachausgabe beim Vorlesen und die App müsste drehbar sein, sodass das Tablet z.Bsp. auch seitlich gedreht werden kann.

Dann würde meine Bewertung auch höher ausfallen.

It’s free, it supports all the content, it has good voice-over work and music, and it integrates well with the game (a particular diplomacy encounter in Fall of Avalon 3A is a good example) while helping to avoid spoilers.

Yes the interface is a bit clunky and needing to take my phone off of silent makes no sense. But I’m highly appreciative of it and use it in every play. 4*

Bonjour,

Les textes sont en français mais pas la voix qui reste en anglais peu importe la langue choisi. Est ce qu’il est prévu qu’une voix en français soit enregistrée ?

La longueur de la lecture des scénarios est un frein à l’achat pour les joueurs non initié et je crois que l’emploie de cette application a des fins d’écoute narrative permettrait une plus grande fluidité dans le jeu

The app works wonderfully and adds a real sense of immersion with great voice work and thematic music but it really needs a landscape view for tablet use, hence 4 stars.
