First-time Start up: 
Please input your national ID number then choose your agency to apply certificate.
Otherwise, you can also go to our corporation portal on desktop to launch certificate applying procession.
You would find the corporation portal lists on Taiwan investor browser product web (http://www.twca.com.tw/twid).
