**2. Excessive Engagement**  
Instead of a supportive wingman, this app often overwhelms with reminders and limits what you can discuss. Meaningful interaction gets counted down or squeezed into a box, which makes it feel less human or free than advertised.

**3. Privacy & Effectiveness**  
Compared to services like DuckDuckGo—which are free, private, safe, and customizable—this app feels intrusive and less effective. DuckDuckGo can be made just as motivational, without any of the hidden strings or surveillance risks.

**4. Cute but Concerning Mascots**  
The bird imagery may seem harmless, but it’s a distracting mask. It’s a reminder that AI—even dressed up in cheerful feathers—can still be used for manipulation or worse.
