Total Fraud
Total fraud, in my experience. I paid for a one-year subscription, but the app only worked for about two weeks. After that, I tried repeatedly to reach someone for help and to see if the issue could be resolved, but I received no response.
I contacted them through email, the chatbot, and even Instagram, but still couldn’t get any assistance or a response.
I’m extremely disappointed and honestly sad to see this kind of customer service. Paying for a full year and then being unable to use the service after only two weeks is unacceptable.
Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend not subscribing until the company improves its customer support and resolves issues like this. I feel like I paid for a service that I ultimately couldn’t use.

App not recognizing voice
In level one , unit three , the app stops working smoothly. I have to skip through lessons because I would speak and the app is not recognizing my speech and not working properly. There needs to be a bug fix on this issue. I have closed out and reopened many times. But same issue. So I am just going through the second by just moving on to the next section without any feedback.

Teaches you how to SPEAK Arabic
I wasn’t excepting much, I thought this would be like another Duolingo but this is something else! This app actually has you speaking from day ONE! You don’t just tap things and hear random phrases, you actually speak and learn to make phrases whilst learning grammar! 10/10 recommend

The exercice is good but it write the full sentence before you actually say it.
