I was like really! Don’t do anything online. I would go in person, but I moved and there is not a location where I moved to. They want your RFID number but you cannot access it on the window sticker they give you unless you have a legit RFID scanner… it should never be this difficult and inconvenient. They said my account is not active and they cannot help me so I lose my $35 which was $10 birthday rewards over the last few years I’ve been a member. Now they want a screen shot of where I transferred it out of my wallet. If I open the app at the car wash it automatically chooses the first car. There is no way to choose which account/car while at the car wash. I live in a state with a hands free law, so I cannot open the app on the way to select which car I am in.
