I was like really! Don’t do anything online. Go to the manager of the place to get things done right. ### 2/5 — Multiple cars needs work *2026-02-07, version 2.2.0* The app is convenient as I can use it at any location whereas using the barcode sticker only works at the location purchased (thus 2 stars) Big issue - I have 2 plans for 2 different cars. If I open the app at the car wash it automatically chooses the first car. There is no way to choose which account/car while at the car wash. I live in a state with a hands free law, so I cannot open the app on the way to select which car I am in. Very inconvenient ESPECIALLY when in line and cars are backing up behind me. ### 1/5 — Beware! I had to freeze my card and still it tried to process a charge. One of their attendants broke my windshield with the broom they use to was your windows. He admitted he did it and helped file the claim. It was rejected saying my window was already damaged when it wasn’t. I would go in person, but I moved and there is not a location where I moved to. They want your RFID number but you cannot access it on the window sticker they give you unless you have a legit RFID scanner… it should never be this difficult and inconvenient.
