The app will allow me to move within it but not close the app or switch off the phone. Couldn’t create an account with the app. Emailed customer support and was sent instructions of how to create an account (which I had already done). It didn’t work again. I sent screenshots of the error message I received. Received another email assuring me that another try would work. It didn’t! Recently they updated, no not only do I have woman’s face creepy smiling at me (the new app icon) but the app has become sooo slow, can’t get the text only feature. Very disappointed 😔 ### 1/5 — Needs a LOT of improvement *2020-04-09, version 9.0* Update: Now the app won't open at all! I’ve had the app since it came out. I don’t like the new “reader version” when I double tap. It used to zoom in, now it gives you a reader version. If I allow my screen to lock or quickly switch to another app, it resets and I have to start at the beginning of the issue again! In all that time there has been only one issue when I have been able to completlove all the interactive puzzles. This week is particularly bad (week ending 15th August). Most of them are just coming up too large to see the clues. Or they don’t work. I am now going to have to buy the issue in paper form which rather defeats the purpose. These problems need sorting out URGENTLY!!! I am not happy. UPDATE 12th August App has now been updated so that puzzles work. In view of this, I am now very happy with my purchase . Have tried reloading the issue, deleting and reloading the app, but it still doesn’t load as an interactive issue. Have eMailed customer services and have received a very quick response. Unfortunately it is to do with the Coronavirus and trying to set up of interactive pages in very difficult circumstances. Great magazine, wife loves it and we’re happy to print the pages until the interactivity issue is sorted after we’ve seen off Coronavirus.
